1 Timothy 4:12 - "Let no one despise your youth, but be an example of the believers..."
Our youth group is designed to provide for our youth a balanced and biblical perspective where they can learn the Word of God and develop lasting friendships.
We use a three-pronged approach in ministering to their spiritual, physical, and social needs. September through May, 412 holds weekly meetings on Sunday mornings from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. where they have games, build friendships, are led in small group discussions revolving around their daily devotions, and are given a challenge from the Bible geared to addressing the issues that they face in their generation.
We also schedule regular activities so they can be teens and have fun in a wholesome environment. Finally, we schedule monthly SNAC (Sunday Night After Church) fellowships where they are hosted by various members of our church for food and fellowship.
